Blue Springs Hoke County Community Development Corporation

Blue Springs-Hoke County Community Development Corporation is one of North Carolina's fastest growing community development initiatives. Located in Hoke County, one of the most economically distressed areas in the state, we collaborate with government agencies, businesses, organizations, institutions, CBOs, and individuals to enhance social harmony, educational achievement, and community and economic development. One of our major goals is to increase quality of living through development of human and capital resources.

We are members of the North Carolina Association of CDCs (NCACDC), Association For Community Networking (AFCN), Research Triangle Park Network (RTPnet), and Community Technology Centers' Network (CTCNet).  Under North Carolina's Rural Internet Access Authority's (RIAA) e-Communities Initiative, we are Hoke County's Digital Literacy training site. We encourage and seek partnership with all who seek the highest quality of living standards.
