Christina Davis-McCoy, Washington, D.C. born, is the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Blue Springs-Hoke County Community Development Corporation. One of the CDC’s original incorporators, Christina brings more than 25 years experience, education, and training to the Raeford-Hoke County Community. Her specialties include organizational development, nonprofit management, program and curriculum design and implementation, criminal justice perspectives, and community education.
