FEE-HELP is a government-funded loan scheme that assists eligible students with their tuition fees. Eligible students include Australian citizens, holders of a permanent humanitarian visa who will be resident in Australia for the duration of the course, or the holder of a permanent visa who is undertaking bridging study for overseas-trained professionals and will be resident in Australia for the duration of the course.
FEE-HELP enables students to defer their tuition fees, for part of or for the duration of the course. Students repay their loan through the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) once their income is above the minimum threshold for compulsory repayment. Visit Study Assist for more information.
We offer a range of scholarships to financially assist you in your studies, ranging in value from $150 to $60,000. Our postgraduate specific scholarships support those students continuing onto further study.
Higher Degrees Research
Interested in a Higher Degree by Research? Eligible domestic applicants can apply for a Research Training Program-supported place. This will provide a tuition fee offset funded by the Australian Government's Research Training Program. Southern Cross University will then supplement this cost to cover the full program tuition fees. You can also view the range of research scholarships currently available on the Graduate School’s Scholarships page for full details of available financial support.
