SNA Social Network Analysis is the mapping and measuring of relationships and flows between people, groups, organizations, computers or other information/knowledge processing entities. The nodes in the network are the people and groups while the links show relationships or flows between the nodes. SNA provides both a visual and a mathematical analysis of human relationships. Management consultants have adopted this methodology of connecting the dots inside organizations and call it Organization Networtk Analysis [ONA].

Locust World Locust World facilitates the huge potential in free community networks, as idealised by www.communitywireless.org. Where every part of the network is owned and operated by the users themselves.  They also research and make this technology available to everyone at the lowest cost they can. Where required, they also help by providing live prototype networks and application development. Their primary interest is simply in providing the enabling technology to make this dream work. You can get started right away. All you need is a PC or laptop which can boot a cd-rom and of course a wireless device.
