Volunteerism is the "nuts and bolts" of community development.  Without it, communities and, indeed, the nation would be floundering under the tremendous stresses presented by the lack of human and capital resources.  North Carolina has a great tradition of volunteerism on a daily basis as well as in times of crises.  Let's do our part to keep that tradition alive as we seek to increase the quality of living in our neighborhoods.

Blue Springs-Hoke County Community Development Corporation desires to have volunteers who are committed to helping us help our community move boldly forward into this new century.  We especially encourage college students and recent graduates to put your newly developed skills to work and learn others as you begin to establish your careers.

Others who have tried and tested skills are needed to help us build our technological infrastructure and mold our programs into the best that they can be.  We sincerely appreciate all the help from those of you who have worked with us in the past and currently; and look forward to working with all who come aboard.   We all share information in order to grow, spiritually and professionally.

The information below and program information in the left column is intended to help you with your volunteer interest and help us facilitate it.   Happy perusing!
